Meet Our Therapist

Tele Wilson, She/Her
L.C.S.W- Therapist
In our increasingly interconnected world, the ability to build emotional resilience and regulate our inner experiences is essential for navigating relationships and life’s challenges. As a therapist, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore uncomfortable emotions, uncover deeper self-awareness, and work toward your unique goals. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) to tailor treatment to your needs.
I bring warmth, empathy, and patience to each session, fostering a collaborative and client-centered environment. Together, we will address symptoms such as anxiety, depression, feelings of being “stuck,” or relationship challenges, using these experiences as invitations to connect with and attend to what is happening within your mind and body.
My professional experience includes working with adults and young adults from diverse communities across the spectrums of gender, sexuality, and culture. As an immigrant woman from West Africa, I understand firsthand the complexities of navigating identity, assimilation, and acculturation. My personal journey has deepened my appreciation for the impact of intergenerational trauma, cultural conflict, and identity crises on mental health.
If you’re ready to begin this journey toward healing and growth, know that you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s start the conversation.

Charissa Gaul, She/Her
L.M.S.W- Therapist
From a young age, I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others. Over the years, that passion has taken many forms, but my commitment to serving and supporting those in need has remained constant. I entered the field of social work to advocate for change and to empower underrepresented individuals to find their voices and meet their needs. While social work can create change on a broader scale, becoming a therapist allowed me to connect with people on a personal level working with individuals to help them navigate life and cultivate healthier ways of being.
I believe in the power of humor and warmth to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being their true selves. My approach is client-centered, as I believe it is essential for fostering healing, growth, and a sense of empowerment. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other life challenges, my goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and accepted throughout our work together.
Having worked with children, teens, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds, I value the uniqueness of each person’s journey and the opportunity to learn from their experiences. I am committed to walking alongside my clients with kindness and compassion as they work toward healing and self-discovery.
I understand that starting therapy can be a difficult decision, and I don’t take that choice lightly. Your time and effort are precious, and I am here to support you as we walk this path toward growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life.
Feel free to reach out I'm here and ready to listen!
