Meet Our Therapist

Tele Wilson, She/Her
L.C.S.W- Therapist
In our increasingly interconnected world, the ability to build emotional resilience and regulate our inner experiences is essential for navigating relationships and life’s challenges. As a therapist, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore uncomfortable emotions, uncover deeper self-awareness, and work toward your unique goals. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) to tailor treatment to your needs.
I bring warmth, empathy, and patience to each session, fostering a collaborative and client-centered environment. Together, we will address symptoms such as anxiety, depression, feelings of being “stuck,” or relationship challenges, using these experiences as invitations to connect with and attend to what is happening within your mind and body.
My professional experience includes working with adults and young adults from diverse communities across the spectrums of gender, sexuality, and culture. As an immigrant woman from West Africa, I understand firsthand the complexities of navigating identity, assimilation, and acculturation. My personal journey has deepened my appreciation for the impact of intergenerational trauma, cultural conflict, and identity crises on mental health.
If you’re ready to begin this journey toward healing and growth, know that you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s start the conversation.
