Trauma

Trauma can take many forms, but its impact is deeply felt, regardless of the specific experiences that trigger it. Whether you’ve experienced a single event or have lived with ongoing struggles, trauma can affect every part of your life. At our practice, we’re here to help you understand trauma better and support you as you heal from it.

Healing from trauma is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Let’s begin this journey together.

Depression

Depression is a mood disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can affect sleep, appetite, energy levels, and concentration. Depression often impacts daily functioning and can lead to physical symptoms such as fatigue and aches. Therapy can help address underlying causes, manage symptoms, and support a path to recovery.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural response to stress, but for many, it can become overwhelming and interfere with daily life. It often manifests as constant worry, restlessness, racing thoughts, or physical symptoms like a racing heart, shortness of breath, or muscle tension.  Trauma-informed treatment recognizes the deep connection between anxiety and past trauma, providing a safe and supportive environment to address both. Using a compassionate, understanding approach, we help clients identify the roots of their anxiety, heal emotional wounds, and build coping skills to regain control over their lives
